Before you take that first step, here is some of our clients most often want to know before starting their design journey.

Is there a charge for the design consultation?

No. Your initial consultation is completely complimentary. We believe the relationship starts with a conversation, and we want you to feel comfortable before making any commitment.

Do I need to visit a showroom, or can you come to me?

We recommend an initial showroom visit so you can experience our brands and materials in person, this makes a real difference to the design conversation. Once your project is under way, your designer will carry out a full site survey at your home.

Do you manage the full installation?

Yes. We handle the complete project from design through to installation, co-ordinating our trusted team of specialists including plumbers, electricians, tilers, and joiners, so you have a single point of contact throughout.

Do you work with a fixed budget?

Yes. We work across a broad range of investment levels and will always be transparent about costs. Once we understand your budget in the consultation, we design to it so there are no surprises further down the line.

How long does a typical project take from design to install?

Every project is different, but most kitchen or bathroom projects take between two and six weeks, depending on size and what’s involved. Your designer will give you a realistic programme specific to your project at the outset.

What rooms do you design?

We specialise in kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms, however we have created utility rooms, boot rooms, home offices, home bars, home cinemas and full wellness spas. Whether you are planning a single room or a whole-home project, our design team will guide you through every stage, from initial concept to final installation.

Do you create 3D plans for our project?

Yes we do. Using two of the best KBB assisted CAD programmes for our kitchens and bathrooms, high resolution rendered images of your designs really help you get a good feel for the spaces and proposed finishes within the design.

What areas do you work in?

We tend to work within a 40 mile radius of Beeston, that branches out to all of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire. However, we have done projects in Norfolk, Reading, London and even Germany.

What’s the process of a new project?

We start with either a visit to our showroom where we can discuss your project in detail or we can come out to you so that we can see/measure the existing space.
